Abstract
Our mission is clear – to demystify the talent challenges facing STEM talent professionals and provide them with innovative solutions. One of the processes we touched on in our first whitepaper, and one that is hugely underused within STEM organisations, is workforce planning – in it’s simplest form, zooming out to look at the big picture, the organisational goals and how you build and retain the teams, skills and systems to achieve those goals.
