Following a competitive tender process, NATS have re-appointed Gattaca Solutions as their temporary workforce solutions partner, with a five-year contract extending our partnership to more than 13 years.

Our Managed Service Programme has consistently delivered high fulfilment of high-quality workers to support NATS’ business. As part of the contract renewal, we embraced the opportunity to further enhance and redesign our solution to offer an ‘embedded’, on-site service team, investing in increasing our collaboration with NATS’ key stakeholders to deliver greater value through our workforce programme.

Our businesses will be working at an increased strategic level and the Joint Relationship Management Plan will underpin the delivery of future strategic objectives and collaborative goals to benefit both parties.

We’re proud to be a close partner to NATS, going beyond a recruitment provision to working collaboratively on voluntary activities, sustainability and ED&I strategies, including recently becoming co-signatories to the ‘Equal Skies Charter’.

We’re excited to continue investing in developing the service to support NATS’ strategy to advance aviation, keep the skies safe and achieve ambitious commercial growth.
